Pokerrito is an established Canadian franchise whose mission is to give the best poke experience possible. With its signature 'poke in a burrito' dish, the menu is creative and diverse. Committed to the needs of today’s modern diners, with so many fresh ingredients and a variety of signature sauces, its their belief that food can change the way you feel. They believe in serving tasty yet healthy and sustainable foods to communities. It has always been their priority to serve food that is sourced responsibly and sustainably.
To break into the UK market, Pokerrito needed to rebrand. Elements of the Canadian franchise designs were kept such as the logo, but new, vibrant imagery was required for the UK market. Adding a light fun element to the designs, while promoting nutritious, healthy and sustainable food was the key to attracting new franchisees and ultimately customers.

The design of an exhibition display for The National Franchise Exhibition in Birmingham, UK, 2022 was commisioned to showcase the Pokerrito brand and attract new UK franchisees.
The Pokerrito display was hugely successful, receiving a much higher
percentage of quality franchisee leads than expected.
T-shirts were designed to compliment the exhibition stand. Using the light-hearted concept of a british rock band's world tour, the t-shirt accentuated a grungy union jack flag. As the Pokerrito brand is new to the UK incororatimng the union jack helps to connect potential franchisees to this new brand.
A comprehensive franchise opportunity deck was created to reflect the new branding imagery and to package all the information a potential franchisee would require to make an informed decision about joining the Pokerrito group.
